Peter Arthurs
born in 1950 at Waikawa – Picton, South Island, New Zealand,
I moved to Taupo with my family in 1962 and have remained here to this day. I met and married Barbara in 1973. Our two children David and Odette were born in Taupo and are both also live here.
I have strong interests in Taupo and its region. I like to spend time in the Tongariro National Park, which inspired me to take up Photography. I completed 2 courses in photography and while it remains an interest photography only gets a small amount of time dedicated to capturing a different view of the central plateau region I live in.
